6. Attendance and Withdrawal
Participants should notify Programme staff as soon as possible if they cannot attend a session.
Participants may withdraw voluntarily but should give reasonable notice.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
The Programme will collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection legislation.
Data may be used for:
- assessing eligibility
- delivering training
- reporting to funders
- monitoring and evaluation
To comply with the rules of the GRASP Programme and the conditions attached to its funding, we are required to collect certain participant information. These funding rules prevent double counting of participants across different parts of the programme, so the data you provide helps ensure that each individual is recorded only once. We also must report anonymised information back to the programme’s funding body to demonstrate participation levels, programme reach and overall impact.
In line with these requirements, participation confirms your consent for the information you provide to be shared with the lead partner, South West College (SWC), with ICBAN for programme monitoring and evaluation, and with the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) for funding compliance. Any data reported to the funders will be anonymised.
Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing or for any purposes unrelated to the programme.
8. Changes to the Programme
The Programme may make changes to:
- course content or delivery
- session dates or locations
- trainers or facilitators
- eligibility or funding conditions (if required by funders)
Participants will be notified of any material changes as early as possible.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the GRASP Programme, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- agree to comply with them
- understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Programme
