GRASP Academies

The GRASP Academies are specialised training hubs developed as part of the Green Accelerator Skills Programme (GRASP), a €9.8 million initiative designed to address the green‑skills shortage across the cross‑border construction sector. The academies focus on providing funded, sector‑specific upskilling opportunities in areas such as retrofit, heat‑pump installation, digital construction, and other emerging green technologies. 

They also include dedicated pathways such as the Women into Construction Green Skills Academy and the Labour Activation Green Skills Academy, aimed at increasing participation from underrepresented and marginalised groups.
