Schools Outreach Programme

GRASP works closely with schools to inspire the next generation of learners to explore opportunities in construction, green skills and sustainable careers. Through interactive workshops, career talks, hands‑on demonstrations and visits from our GRASP Development Officers, we bring real‑world industry insight directly into the classroom.

Our team engages with pupils to spark curiosity, build confidence and highlight the growing demand for environmentally focused roles within the construction sector. By partnering with teachers and careers staff, GRASP helps students understand their future pathways, discover practical skillsets and access early guidance that supports informed, positive career choices.

As a member of our school Eco Team from Year 8, I was excited to take part in the GRASP Workshop as it gave me a better understanding of the range of careers linked to sustainability. As I prepare to study GCSE Construction, I will be able to bare in mind, the great opportunities that will be available to me in the future.
