This focused Award provides a comprehensive introduction to sustainable construction through one mandatory unit. You will master the core principles of eco-friendly building, including energy efficiency, renewable technologies, sustainable materials, waste minimisation, and the essential environmental regulations that shape the future of the industry.
This qualification is accessible to all learners aged 16 and over. There are no formal entry requirements.
To qualify for GRASP funding, applicants must meet the following criteria;
Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Applicants must live in Northern Ireland or one of the bordering counties.
A free 4-week programme combining an accredited renewable energy qualification, construction industry masterclasses, site visits, work sampling, mentoring, and a CSR Card to help you start a career in the construction and sustainability sectors.
