The Green Belt level represents an advanced stage of Lean training and is intended for professionals who want to take a leading role in continuous improvement initiatives within their organisations.
Green Belt practitioners deepen their knowledge of Lean methodologies and analytical tools and can manage improvement projects that deliver measurable results. The programme covers structured improvement frameworks such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), data analysis and project management techniques, enabling participants to lead teams and implement process improvements across departments or projects.
Participants will lead Gemba walks and process improvement initiatives within construction projects and engage in frontline problem-solving teams using scientific methods together with problem-solving and root-cause analysis tools.
